The following terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the online course titled "The Digital Selling Bootcamp" (the "Course") provided by Rrona Perjuci TMI (the "Owner"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.
Use of the Course: You may use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Course for any other purpose without the express written consent of the Owner.
Intellectual Property Rights: The Course and all materials included in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and audio and video content (the "Course Materials"), are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Course and the Course Materials, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use the Course Materials for any purpose without the express written consent of the Owner.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Course and the Course Materials are provided "as is" and the Owner makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Course or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Course. The Owner does not warrant that the Course will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the Owner will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Owner be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Course or the Course Materials.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Owner, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Course, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Course shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Refunds. The Fees are non-refundable, for any reason whatsoever except in the following cases:
45 Day Refund. You may request a full refund (“Refund”) from Owner of the Payments You paid within thirty (45) calendar days following the Effective Date (“Refund Period”). In order to qualify for a Refund, You must deliver to Owner during the Refund Period proof that You did the work required for The Digital Selling Bootcamp, including, but not limited to: (1) copies of Your completed homework for all modules and teachings; (2) screenshots of social media postings reflecting the course teachings; (3) proof of active participation in The Digital Selling Bootcamp Facebook Group; and (4) screenshots showing Your completion of the entire Digital Selling Bootcamp (collectively, “Proof”). You must submit the Proof to Owner in writing by email to hello@rronaperjuci.com. A refund survey will be provided to you upon refund request that must be submitted for refund to be considered. If Owner is satisfied, in its sole discretion, of the Proof provided, Owner will deliver the Refund to You within twenty-one (21) calendar days following receipt of all of the Proof. If You fail to deliver the proper Proof during the Refund Period, You waive any rights to any Refund herein.
No guarantees. You acknowledge that the owner of this website has not made any promises or guarantees about the outcome of implementing any advice or strategies provided on the site. The resources provided are intended to assist users in achieving success in business and other areas. You understand that your own efforts, unique circumstances, and various factors beyond the owner's control and knowledge will ultimately determine your success or failure. Additionally, past results do not guarantee similar outcomes. Therefore, the success of others, including clients or customers of the owner, who have followed the principles outlined on this website, is not a guarantee that you or anyone else will be able to achieve similar results.
Affiliate links. Occasionally, the Owner may incorporate affiliate marketing on some pages of the Owner's Website. This means that if you click on or make purchases through these links, the Owner may receive a commission. The Owner only partners with products, services, coaches, consultants, and other experts that they believe will be valuable to their customers and followers.
If a link is an affiliate link, the Owner will let you know. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine if the affiliate offer aligns with your business and will be beneficial to you. You should not rely solely on the Owner's recommendation, reference, or information and instead conduct your own research before making a decision to purchase an affiliate product or service.
Changes to the Terms: The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Course after any such changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Owner regarding your use of the Course and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
