These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Her Soft Digital Empire Playbook (“the Playbook”), a digital product created and sold by Rrona Perjuci TMI, a business based in Finland (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Product Description
Her Soft Digital Empire Playbook is a digital educational product designed to help creators build a personal brand and monetize their content online. It is delivered in digital format and accessible immediately after purchase.
2. No Refund Policy (Digital Content)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and its implementation under Finnish law, you do not have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content once access has been granted, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would be lost.
By purchasing the Playbook, you expressly:
Consent to the immediate provision of the digital content.
Acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Waive any right to request a refund under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
No refunds or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Playbook is the intellectual property of Rrona Perjuci TMI. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, share, or sell the content.
Reproduce or repurpose any part of the Playbook for commercial use.
4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
Her Soft Digital Empire Playbook is an educational resource and does not guarantee income, results, or success. By purchasing, you understand:
